10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Users must comply with:

  • Meta WhatsApp Business Policy
  • Google RCS Business Messaging Guidelines

You agree that:

  • Messages will only be sent to users who have opted in
  • Content must not violate platform rules
  • Templates must be approved where required

Non-compliance may lead to suspension without liability.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

  • We do not guarantee delivery of messages
  • Delivery depends on third-party providers and network conditions
  • You are responsible for message content legality

We reserve the right to block or filter messages that violate policies.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property related to our services remains owned by Squarefield Consultancy Private Limited.
